Once your payment is authorised and your order is completed, you will receive the following:
- An email from Aador confirming your order placement. You will be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
- An SMS from Aador confirming your order placement.
We do not take orders over the phone. Please place your order on www.aador.in.

The delivery timeframe varies across cities:
- Typically, it takes us 3-4 days for all metro & Tier 1 cities
- Tier 2 & 3 cities may take 3 to 5 days.
- Certain cities in North East India and J&K etc. may take a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 7 days.
Due to unforeseen reasons, there might be a delay in shipments; however, we will definitely try our best to get the shipment across to you at the earliest.
Once the order is placed, we ship the order through one of our courier partners. All our partners are reputed, logistic service providers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS informing you about the following details:
- The courier partner
- The AWB number to track the shipment
- The estimated delivery date
The reasons why you have received only a part of your order can include the following:
- We may have shipped your ordered products in two different shipments. The other shipment may still be in transit.
- The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call from our customer care informing you about the same.
In the unlikely situation that you are not available on your mentioned phone number, an email will be sent to you informing you of the same.
Unfortunately, neither of these is not possible at the moment. You can email us at info@suta.in and we will try our best to get the same resolved, if the order has not been shipped as yet.
In case the package is returned to us after delivery has been attempted or because of incorrect shipping address details provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we can offer a partial refund after deducting Rs 150 for shipping costs.
To check the status of your order, log in to www.aador.in and go to the ‘My Orders’ section under ‘Account’.
In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of them, please contact us immediately. We will cancel one of your orders and process your refund via the payment method you have used while placing your order.
We only accept pre-orders on certain products, the details of which are updated on our website. If you are interested in a sold out product, please click on the ‘Notify When Available’ tab and we will update you as soon as the product has been restocked.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. However, once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
Yes. It is possible for us to deliver your shipment to India. To do so, we will need the complete shipping address along with a local contact number. If the delivery address is a hotel, please share your personal local contact number that is reachable at all times.
We ship within 1-2 days of you placing the order.
- International shipping takes about 10-12 days.
- Domestic shipping takes 5-7 days.
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, your order may have been dispatched in separate parcels. If this is the case, we will have updated you via email about the status of your order.
Shipping Related Queries
- A shipping charge of Rs.150 is applicable on all domestic orders below Rs 2,000. The charges will be waived for order values of Rs 2,000 or above.
- Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during checkout, based on the order value and dimensions of your order.
Aador uses reputed logistics providers/partners to deliver products to your doorstep. Once your order has been placed, one of our logistic partners will pick the product from us and deliver it to you.
Once your order has been placed, Aador will assign your order to one of our logistics partners.
- An SMS will be sent to your registered phone number containing the details of the logistics partner along with the AWB#.
- You can also refer to the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real-time.
We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you. In case you have missed our delivery partner, please write to us at info@suta.in or call us on 1800-123-236-511. Please keep your order number handy so that we can look into the issue immediately.
In case the package has been returned to us after an attempted delivery, we will be able to offer a partial refund after a deduction of Rs 150 that goes towards the charges we incur to have the products packed, and for onward and reverse shipping.
A few locations are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit that is determined by our courier partners. In this case, we suggest making your payment using a credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking.
Yes, we deliver all over India. If your location is not serviced by our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order via India Post, which is possible only for prepaid orders.
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Customers will have to bear custom charges or any other additional charges. All our EU customers have to also bear VAT charges apart from customs charges.
We work with reputed courier companies such as FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, etc. You will receive an email with your tracking details once we have dispatched your order. You can track your order 24 hours after your order has been shipped.
No, our delivery agent will hand over the package for you to open only once the payment has been made. We recommend that you avoid accepting any package if it has been tampered with.
If you think you have received a product in a poor condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before receipt, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery partner. Also, please email us at info@suta.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
Every order is shipped to only a single address. If you wish to have the products shipped to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders with us.
In case the ordered items do not reach you within 30 days from the shipping date, we will offer a full refund, provided our tracking information does not show that delivery was attempted at your registered address.
However, in case of packages for which we do not have tracking details, we will assume that delivery was not attempted and we will refund the entire amount within 7 days from the date of your raising a complaint with us.

For an effortless shopping experience, our website offers several payment options that are safe and secure.
- You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway.
- You can also use our PayPal gateway to complete your transaction, in case you are an international customer.
- You may opt to pay using a credit card, debit card, net banking or a direct deposit to our account.
There are no hidden charges. The prices mentioned against each product are the final prices, inclusive of GST.
All credit card and debit card payments on Aador are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
Yes. You can make a payment via our mobile site. The mobile site also uses trusted payment gateways, which keep your card information secure and protected.
Our payment gateways are extremely secure and any payment not directed to us through the gateway is returned to your source bank account. Usually, this happens within a 24-hour window.
We ensure that an Order ID is generated only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. In case you find that your money has been debited and we haven’t received the payment, kindly contact us at info@suta.in.
If your payment fails, you can complete the order using the COD option or retry the payment using a different payment method.
Return & Exchange Policy
Aador practices a simple and hassle-free exchange and return policy.We can exchange your product(s) for a different product or offer store credits. Shipping charges, in all cases, are non-refundable.
If you want to return any one product from a discounted combo or from the frequently bought together bundle, the discount will be revoked. Products bought during a sale can only be exchanged; they are non-refundable. The sale discount will not be applicable on exchange requests.
To return or exchange an order, please do so within 10 days of delivery. No return or exchange request will be accepted if a request is raised after 10 days.
If you have received a defective or an incorrect product, it will be eligible for replacement. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. In these cases, the shipping charges (including the reverse shipping charges) will be borne by us and we will confirm the same to you. We may request you to send us a photograph of the defect at returns@suta.in.
Once we have initiated the pick-up process, our logistics partner will collect the product from your doorstep. It takes us a minimum of 5-7 days to arrange for this pick-up. Please ensure that the tags are intact on the items you wish to return.
Please contact our customer support team in case you want to cancel the reverse pick up process. If the item has already been picked up by our logistics partner, we will not be able to cancel the return. You will need to place a fresh order for the product.
Returns and exchanges are not possible if any of the conditions mentioned below are not fulfilled:
1. The return must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
2. The item(s) should not be used or damaged.
3. The tags on the items should be intact and not removed.
4. If the product has been customised as per your request.
The refund will be processed within 2-3 working days after we receive your product.
In rare circumstances, you may be asked to send us the products using a reliable courier service. A maximum amount of Rs.150 will be reimbursed to you in lieu of the shipping costs borne by you. This amount will be reimbursed in the form of a coupon code.
If you are self-shipping your products to us, please contact our customer support team and they will help you with the address.
Aador offers refunds in the form of store credit, which can be used on your future purchases with Aador.
The return shipment is usually picked up within 3-5 days from the time the reverse pick-up has been arranged. You will be notified on the day of the pick-up.
Yes, exchanges are permitted. We will create a new order for you and send you the payment link in case the value of the new order is higher than the product(s) you have returned. If the order value is lower than the product(s) you have returned, we will refund the balance amount in the form of store credit and ship the product(s) of your choice immediately. You can also opt for a credit note for the balance amount, which can be used towards your next purchase.
Exchanges are not possible in following cases:
1. If the product has been customised for you.
2. If the exchange request was raised after 10 days of receiving the product(s).
Absolutely! We will provide a coupon code of Rs 150 towards the shipping cost, if you have shipped the returned product to us.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If you have received your order and are unhappy about the same, you can opt to return the product(s) to us within 15 days of receipt. The shipping, customs and any other additional charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by you. We will refund the amount via a bank transfer or a credit note which you can use later. The amount refunded to you will be only for the products; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we have received the products, a quality check will be conducted by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact when you courier the product back to us.
If you receive a defective product, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item,immediately by emailing us at returns@suta.in with your Order ID and send us a photograph of the defect. We will either give you a credit note or refund the price of the defective product after investigation; no replacement will be sent.
We do not have an exchange policy for international customers. In exceptional cases, we will discuss the issue with you over email to determine an amicable solution for your concern.
If you would like to exchange a product with some other product, please inform us within 10 days of the product receipt and ship the products you wish to exchange to our stated address.
In case you do not have access to a courier service, you will receive a coupon code for a maximum of Rs 150 towards the courier costs for shipping the products to us. Please make sure to ship the products within 10 days of receipt.
Exchanges are possible only once. If you opt to exchange the same product again, you will be asked to pay the logistics charges of Rs 300, which includes delivery and reverse pick up costs.
