CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:
  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  4. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  5. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  6. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
  7. Items purchased at our retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the stores. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.

Domestic Orders: 

Cancellation Policy

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through the link: https://aador.in/apps/return_prime

Return Policy 

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at returns@suta.in mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  
  2. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
  3. Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment through https://aador.in/apps/return_prime
  4. If you receive any defective product, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item immediately by mailing us at returns@suta.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
  5. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  6. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  8. The amount refunded to you would be in the form of credit note only, and would be only for the products, not the shipping charges
  9. Credit Note cannot be encashed.
  10. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  11. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
  12. If you first opted for an exchange and then would want to return the exchanged product we will issue the refund in the form of store credit only.

Exchange Policy: 

  1. Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product through https://aador.in/apps/return_prime   .Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted
  2. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  3. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of  exceptional cases please write to us at returns@suta.in
  4. You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
  5. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  6. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  7. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  8. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you in the form of store credit which can be used on your next purchase . 
  9. Store credits cannot be en-cashed later
  10. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
  11. Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to return/exchange the product 2nd time, we will issue a store credit for the product price which can be used on you future purchase


International Orders:

  1. We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at returns@suta.in for any queries. If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you a refund for the product in the form of store credit. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact
  2. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided 
  3. Incase you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at returns@suta.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement would be sent.
